The living quarters is not only a space to lounge or socialize but also contains a comfortable dining area as well as a fully functional kitchen equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals or enjoy take-out from one of the many neighborhood restaurants.


The newly renovated bathroom is large and bright, with all new features that make waking up or closing out your day inspiring. It comes with a full compliment of fluffy, white towels and handmade soaps for your use.



The "Sleeping Quarters" at Rutgers House is just what you would expect in a first class accommodation. Queen size leather and wood framed bed and nightstand, dresser with large closet as well as warm lighting making the room the perfect place to settle in for the night and dream. There is no detail missed in assuring you the rest you need and deserve while away from home.

Business guests will love our specially appointed "Working Quarters" that has been designed to not only provide you with a private office, but also a place to relax and curl up a good book. We like to call it our Zen-den!

The Apartment

(Rates are based on a 2-week minimum stay. They do not include credit card surcharges, when applicable. Accommodation rate is for single or double occupancy. There is a one-time, non-refundable $75 cleaning fee that will be added to deposit amount.)

Check-in after 3:00 pm and checkout by 10:00 am.

Policies, Deposits and Cancellations:
All reservations are quoted as a daily rate. A Certified Check or a credit card is required for the deposit to reserve an accommodation. Prices do not include 3.5% credit card surcharge. Published rates are subject to change without notice and may vary according to availability, special events and holidays.

Cancellation policy:
If a reservation is cancelled and the property is re-rented for the same rental period, the Gross Rental amount, less a 25% cancellation fee, will be refunded. If the property is not re-rented, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited. If, for any reason, a Guest needs to depart early, they will still be responsible for the full financial terms of the rental agreement. No refunds will be made for a Guest’s dissatisfaction with the property for any reason (other than health and safety).

Security Deposit :
A security deposit is required on all rentals. Refunds will be made after guest's departure and satisfactory inspection of the property.

PayPal for Payments

We use PayPal for reservations payments. Once the number of nights and the deposits are determined, we will send you an email with a link to the PayPal site for you to make your secure payment.

You can use a credit card OR you can use an existing PayPal account to make your payment. A 3.5% surcharge will be added to all PayPal payments. Refunded deposits will be also be handled through PayPal and will show as a credit to your account.>>back to top
